It has been a while since there has been a house project worthy of posting. Though these before/afters may not be dramatic, this project has been a long time coming. One side of the foundation had been covered by hedges prior to moving in. Once those were removed, a disaster was revealed. We had a structural engineer take a look to ensure structural integrity before moving forward with a mason who was able to shore things up and fill some cracks. The little hillside/grading will need to be addressed aesthetically but I’m relieved that this is finally complete!
